  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by making a smooth paste of soaked cashew nuts. Add a little water if needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle.
  3. Add grated ginger and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates and the mixture thickens.
