Raw Banana Masala Kachori

Raw Banana Masala Kachori

Today I will tell you how to make raw banana kachori. You can make it very easily at home. Although there are many types of kachori, raw banana kachori is very tasty.
You can eat it with sweet curd or as snacks.

Kele Ki Kachori

Ingredients:

2 raw bananas
2 cups of wheat flour
1/2 spoon of Carom seeds
1/2 spoon of Nigella seeds
1/2 spoon of mango powder
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
2 spoon of Clarified Butter
refined oil (for the Puri)

Process :

First of all, take two raw bananas and boil it. Apart from this, two bowls of wheat flour will be taken. After this, here we have to mash the boiled raw banana. But before mashing, we will remove its seeds because after mashing the banana it has to be added to the flour and the banana seeds will spoil the taste of the poori, so we have to remove it well. After mixing it, add it to the flour. After this, salt will be added according to taste. After this, all the other spices will also mix. If you do not like the spicy taste or you are making it for children, then you can skip the Chili Flax to the poori

In addition to spices, I have added two spoons of ghee here to make them crispy. You can use vegetable oil if you want. Huh. Now we will mix them all together.

Here is a tip for you to use lukewarm clarified Butter, it makes crispy.

We have to knead the dough here. Here if the dough has to be slightly stiff, we will use the water in style.
After kneading it will leave it covered for 10 minutes so that our dough is well prepared for the flower. After that we will make puris. Here I have used vegetable oil for frying kachoris, you can also use ghee if you want. After heating the oil, fry the kachoris which we have rolled and prepared. After this, it will be offered to Lord Krishna.
