Jackfruit Soyabean Curry

Jackfruit Soyabean Curry

Today I will tell you how to cook without garlic onion jackfruit potato and soybean curry which is very spicy and tasty.
You can cook it for home parties or on any occasion. Jackfruit curry is very tasty and healthy.

Ingredients:

Two hundred grams jackfruit (which I have cut into small pieces like this)
100 grams of soybean,
two medium-sized potatoes,
2 green chillies,
one medium-sized tomato,
1 inch piece of ginger,

Spices:

1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 large cardamom
2 green cardamom
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 bowl yogurt

Process :

First of all, soak soybean in water. After this, finely chop tomatoes, ginger and green chilies. If you want, you can cut with your own hands or you can also cut using an artificial machine. Now we will remove the skin of the potato and cut it into small pieces. Now our soybean buds have swollen, wash it with water two or three times and keep it aside.

Now heat the pan and add three to four teaspoons of mustard oil to it. The taste of curry is very good in mustard oil, so I have taken mustard oil, you can use any other oil if you want. After the oil is heated, reduce the heat to medium and fry the chopped Jackfruit in a pan. After about half the roast, add chopped potatoes to it. After some time and roasting, its color will changed to golden brown. After roasting for about 3 to 4 minutes, remove them from the pan. Adding frying potatoes to the curry tastes good.
After extracting, we will prepare gravy in the remaining oil.

Firstly, add cumin seeds, spices, bay leaves, and fry them all for two to three seconds. To increase the taste of curry, I will also add half a teaspoon of sugar. Stir it until sugar dissolves well. After the sugar dissolves, now we will add a pinch of asafoetida. After mixing all these well, add one spoon turmeric powder, one spoon coriander and cumin powder and after that one spoon Kashmiri red chilli powder. I will just put garam masala in it.

After mixing the spices, fry them on medium flame for 2 to 3 seconds. Keep stirring the spices so that it does not burn. After this, add finely chopped tomato ginger and green chilli and mix them all well. Fry the spices on medium heat. I will also add two to three teaspoons of water to it so that the spices do not burn. After roasting the spices for about 30 seconds, add salt according to taste. After roasting the spices for about 1 minute, we will put soybeans in it and mix it well so that the spices mix well with it. After mixing the soybeans with the spices, cover it and cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes.
After this, the spices will be ready. Now we will add curd to it. After mixing the curd well with spices and soybeans, add roasted jackfruit potatoes to it. I will mix the spices with the vegetables very well. Now I will cook them all again for 5 minutes. After cooking for about 5 minutes, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder will be added to the curry. Here I have added black pepper powder at the end, so its flavor will be very good. After roasting for 2 to 3 minutes, add half a bowl of water. After adding water, mix well. After mixing it will cover and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes.

After this jackfruit potato soybean  curry is ready , now we will offer it to Lord Shri Krishna. Serve hot potato and soybean curry with roti paratha and steamed Rice.
