Paneer Ki Kheer

Paneer ki Kheer is a new and unique mouth watering recipe. Lets cook it.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter full cream milk
  • 150 grams cheese
  • 4 to 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 5 cashew nuts, 5 raisins, 5 almonds
  • 4 threads,of saffron,
  • 3 cardamom, peel off the skin

Process:

Boil the milk first. It has to be boiled till its quantity is halved.
Keep the flame on medium while boiling, this will not cause milk to burn. And keep mixing it slowly. Milk will have to boil for about 30 to 75 minutes. After this, when the milk is slightly more than half, then sugar will be added to it.
You will mix the milk well after adding sugar. Now we will roast dry fruits in ghee. Take care that it does not burn.
Grate the paneer and mix it in the milk. After cooking for 5 minutes, add cardamom.
After two minutes of more cooking, add roasted dry fruits. Cook it for two minutes then add saffron milk to it. After two minutes of cooking it paneer pudding is ready.
It will now be offered to Lord Krishna.
You can also serve it hot or freeze cold.
