Paneer Chili Recipe | Paneer Dry Recipe | Veg Chilli Paneer Recipe in Hindi

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of cheese
  • one medium size capsicum
  • 1 inch ginger slice
  • two green chillies
  • four teaspoons maida
  • one and a half teaspoons cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon black paper powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Method:

Firstly cut the cheese (Paneer) in large pieces. After this, we have to marinate it.

For this, here I will take 3 teaspoons of refined flour and one and a half teaspoon cornflour. Add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce and salt as per taste. Mix all these and prepare a thick batter.
For this, we will mix water in it and prepare thick batter.
After the batter is ready, now we will add cottage cheese ( Paneer ) and mix it well and leave them to marinate for 5 to 7 minutes.
While our paneer is getting marinated, we will wash and chop the capsicum properly.
Keep in mind here that the capsicum should cut in big pieces.
Apart from this, we will also grate the ginger.
After 5 to 6 minutes our paneer is marinated.
Now we have to fry it in oil. For this, after heating the karahi, add oil to it.
After the oil is hot, fry the marinated cheese (Paneer ) in it till it becomes golden.
After frying, we will now prepare gravy.
To make the gravy, we will add a spoon of mustard oil to the karahi.
Here I am using mustard oil, this will give Indian flavour to our chilli paneer.
After heating the oil, add grated ginger and fry it on medium heat for 2 to 3 seconds. After this we will add green chillies. Will roast it for 3 seconds.
After this, add chopped capsicum to it, all of them will be roasted for about 1:30 minutes.
After this, you will add salt to taste.
After adding salt, the heat will turn to medium.
Now two tablespoons will be prepared a thin batter of cornflour which will make the gravy.
Now we will put the corn floor solution in the pan.
We will mix it well. After this, add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce to it.
We will mix all these well. Then add about three to four teaspoons of tomato sauce.
After mixing all these well, we will also add fried paneer in it. After cooking for about 2 minutes, add one spoon vinegar and mix it well. After this, cook it for 1 minute more.
Now Paneer Chilli is ready, You can offer it with Bread, Pulao, Jeera Rice to Lord Krishna and then after take it for your own.
