Vegetable Pullao is full of the flavour of Basmati rice and nutrition of your favorite vegetables. This is a very tasty recipe. Let's look at this recipe.

Ingredients:

Vegetables:

one capsicum
beans half bowl
cauliflower one bowl
finely chopped coriander leaves

spices:

one teaspoon cumin
two bay leaves
1 inch cinnamon slice
one small cardamom
one large cardamom or black cardamom
five cloves one circle flower (star anise )
Half a teaspoon turmeric

Other Ingredients:

Basmati rice two bowls
a spoon Ghee

Recipe:

First, wash the Basmati rice thoroughly and leave it for half an hour. Next, wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into very large pieces. Blanch the cauliflower here. Here I have taken three vegetables. You can have vegetables as per your wish. Now after heating the cooker, add ghee to it. After the ghee is hot, add bay leaf, cinnamon, small cardamom, black cardamom, star anise and cloves. After roasting 4 to 5 seconds, add chopped cabbage. After roasting the cabbage for about 15 seconds, add chopped beans to it. Fry all these vegetables well for about 1 minute. After that, we will also add chopped capsicum to it. After frying on high heat for about 4 to 5 seconds, we will add rice to it. Fry the rice on medium heat for about 2:00 to 2:30 minutes. After this turmeric will be added to it. After this, salt will be added as per taste. We will mix them well. Now we will add water to it. The water will be placed half an inch above the rice. Next, we'll close the cooker lid and cook on medium heat until a whistle comes. Keep in mind here that the cooker is to be opened only when it cools down automatically so that its steam escapes well. After opening the cooker, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
Now the vegetable casserole is ready, we will offer it to Lord Krishna.
After offering the bhog, you can serve the vegetable casserole with raita.
