Hare Krishna, today I will tell you to make a quick recipe made with paneer called Paneer Biryani, it is very tasty and it is very easy to make, let's see the process of making it.

First of all take two glasses of Basmati rice. Will wash and keep it for 1 hour.
Apart from this, 100 grams of cheese will be taken. I cut 1 capsicum into small pieces. I have taken three spoons of yogurt which I have whipped.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1.5 teaspoon biryani masala, 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 teaspoon cumin, 4 green cardamom, cinnamon, 4 cloves, one black cardamom, coriander leaf, three teaspoon saffron milk, salt as per taste.
First, I will marinate the cheese. For this I put curd in a ball, now I will add turmeric, grated ginger, biryani masala, now I will mix them all. After this we will add paneer, chopped capsicum to it. After whipping all of these, leave them to marinate for 1 hour.

Now first heat the cooker and then we will put one spoon of ghee in it.
After the ghee is hot, we will add one teaspoon of cumin seeds to it.
After roasting cumin seeds for a second, we will add garam masala to it.
After this we will put marinated cheese in it.
We will add rice immediately after adding the marinated cheese.
Take care not to stir the rice after placing it.
Put finely chopped coriander on it.
We will put saffron milk over it.
Add salt as per your taste.
Now add biryani masala to it.
After this, two glasses of water will be poured.
Cook it on medium heat.

Now serve it with curd or chutney.
