Parwal Aaloo | Parwal Aaloo ki Sukhi Sabji | परवल आलू की बहुत ही टेस्टी सुखी मसालेदार सब्जी
Parwal is a seasonal vegetable available only during the summer season. It is a very healthy vegetable.
For this I have taken
Ingredients:
four parwal
two medium sized tomatoes,
two potatoes,
one teaspoon coriander powder
one pinch asafoetida
one teaspoon whole cumin
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
half teaspoon kalonji powder
half teaspoon red chili powder
half teaspoon turmeric powder,
First of all wash the potato and parwal, cut into small pieces, wash the tomato too well and cut it into fine pieces.
After this, heat the pan, add 2 teaspoons of mustard oil to it. After that add 2 tablespoons mustard oil, firstly fry the parwal on medium flame. When our Parwal is well roasted, we'll put Potato in it. For 2 to 3 minutes, fry potatoes and parwal together.
After this, turn off the gas and take out the fried potatoes and parwal on a plate.
Now we will prepare the masala for this, after heating the pan, add one spoon mustard oil in it. After the oil is well heated, add one teaspoon of cumin seeds in it, after cumin add half teaspoon turmeric powder, one teaspoon coriander powder. Stir the spices continuously so that the spices do not burn. After stirring for about ten seconds, we will now add half a teaspoon of red chili powder and tomato paste. After mixing them well, you will add salt to it. Now cover the spices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, so that the masala fry well.
After roasting the masala, you will now add black pepper powder and garam masala powder.
Mix all these well and keep frying for a while, now add roasted potatoes and parwal and mix well and cook it for 5 minutes. Here I will give you a tip, it will increase the taste of curry even more. For this, you have to add half teaspoon roasted cumin powder and half teaspoon Kasuri Methi, grind the Kasuri Methi, this will make the test absolutely good.
Now we will offer this delicious dish to Lord Krishna.
