Bottle gourd, potato and urad dal badi vegetable is very tasty.
This vegetable is eaten with great fervor on the occasion of marriage.
You can serve it with hot garam puri or rice. It is very tasty especially when eaten with puris.

Let us quickly see its preparation method.

Ingredients :

Vegetables

A medium sized bottle gourd
2 potatoes
1 inch piece of ginger
2 medium sized tomatoes
2 green chilli

7 urad dal badi

Dried Spices :

1/2 cup spoon mustard or mustard
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
1/2 teaspoon cumin:
1 / 2 teaspoons celery,

here I have made Panchforan Masala.

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Cooking Process :

First of all, wash the vegetables thoroughly and chop them. We will remove the bottle gourd and potato peel before cutting the vegetables, while cutting the bottle gourd, take care that it is cut into large sizes. Roughly chop the tomatoes too and then finely chop the tomatoes with the help of a manual chopper. If you wish, you can finely chop tomatoes with your hands.
Now grate the ginger too ..
Now we'll fry the urad dal ki badi until it becomes light golden brown. For this, after heating the pan, add mustard oil.
After the oil is heated, we can add urad dal badi. When it becomes light golden brown, take it off the pan.
After that, it will be soaked in half a bowl of water.
Now we will start the process of making curry.
For this, I have heated the cooker and then dried roast the panchoforan on medium flame first.
After roasting the panchoforan in about 5 to 7 seconds, we will add mustard oil to it.
Here I have taken about 2 teaspoons of mustard oil.
After frying the masala for two to 3 seconds, add grated ginger to it and fry it for 2 to 3 seconds.
After roasting, now we'll put green chillies in it.
After frying the green chillies, add finely chopped tomatoes.
Fry the tomatoes on medium heat.
After frying for 10 to 15 seconds, you will add salt as per your taste.
After that add a pinch of asafoetida. Mix everything well and fry on medium flame for four to five seconds.
Now dried spices containing turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala will be added and mixed.
Mix the spices well and add chopped bottle gourd and potatoes.
After mixing it, we will cook it in a cooker on medium heat for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, we will add urad dal ki badi, which was soaked in water.
After this, add half a bowl of water and mix it.
We will mix them all together.
After that add half teaspoon garam masala powder to it.
After mixing all these together, we will cook on medium heat till 2 whistles come.
After two whistles, the vegetable of bottle gourd and urad dal badi is ready.
Keep in mind that the lid will open only when the cooker cools down.
Now we will offer it to Lord Krishna.

Don't forget to comment on how to make your own vegetable.
